- How can I update my contact details?
Any updated information is required in writing. You can email the office on [email protected] to update any contact details and our support team will adjust your account accordingly. Once complete, you will receive an email to confirm the changes have been made.
- It is my responsibility to provide up to date contact information?
Yes, this is your responsibility to update any personal details we have on file. We will require you to email any changes to [email protected] to ensure we update the information correctly. If you need to update your card details, you can do so over the phone on 0333 111 0770.

- Do we sell boxes and packing materials?
We do not sell boxes or packing materials as we’re a fully automated.
- How do I give feedback/leave a review?

- Do you have first floor units?
At some of our sites we have first floor units with stair access. The sites with first floor units are in Barking and Hornsey. If you would like to check the availability prior to booking, please call us on 0333 111 0770. If we do have a ground floor unit available, we can reserve this out for you prior to booking.
- How many steps to the first floor units?
This depends on the site but on average there is about 8 steps up to the first floor units. If needed, we can provide a photo of these for context. You’re also more than welcome to visit site prior to booking.
- Is there anything I can’t store?
Storebox has very few limitations on what you can store, there are only a few exceptions. Our TERMS AND CONDITIONS outlines that you can’t store items such as;
- Fire arms
- Compressed oils or gases
- Flammable liquid and gases
- Counterfeit or stolen goods
- Food or perishable goods
- Birds, fish, animals or any other living creatures
- All motor vehicles – except in the case of prior written approval from Storebox
