The quickest way to book to process your booking online by first selecting the location you would like to store at here: https://www.storebox.co.uk/locations/. From there you can select the size that works best for your storage needs and process your booking from there.
You can also reserve a unit by calling the office on 0333 111 0770 or emailing [email protected] to talk to one of our team.

Our booking line is open Mon-Fri, 08:30am – 05:30pm and Sat, 10:00 am – 04:00 pm. If you have booking enquiries outside these hours, please use our online booking or email [email protected].

Of course! You can book online 24/7 365 days of the year right here: www.storebox.co.uk. Start off by selecting the site and unit size that best suits your needs. There are 3 options of StoreProtect to choose from ranging from £4000 to £12000 cover. From there, process your booking by filling out the online booking form.

- How long does it take to book?

Not long at all! If you book online, you can fill out the form in less that 5 minutes and can be booked 365 days a year 24/7. If you’re booking within working hours (Mon – Friday 08:30am – 05:30pm and Saturday 10:00am – 04:00pm) your booking will be processed by one of our team within 30 minutes. If you book outside of office hours, you will receive your details within 1 hour.
You will also need to fill out the Online Check-In to declare your true value of goods and provide a valid form of ID: https://secure.storebox.co.uk/id-confirmation/.
- What happens after I book?

After you have booked storage online, your unit will be reserved for the estimated move-in date.
We will not charge you for the price of your unit or unit cover until the move-in date. If you are booking for that date, we charge a one-off fee of £19.90 for a high security padlock that is yours to keep. Only £19.90 will be charged when you submit your booking in order to reserve your unit. The remainder is not charged until move-in date.
Before your move-in date, we will send you an email with your access details. This email will include:
- The phone number for the automatic gate
- Unit number and padlock information
- Information about how to open your storage container
A brand new high-security Storebox steel padlock will be inside your unit and ready to use when you move in!
- If I book today, can I start storing today?

Of course! You can book same day storage online, over the phone (0333 111 0770) or via email ([email protected]). You can book online 24/7 365 days of the year right here: www.storebox.co.uk. If you’re booking within working hours (Mon – Friday 08:30am – 05:30pm and Saturday 10:00am – 04:00pm) your booking will be processed by one of our team within 30 minutes. If you book outside of office hours, you will receive your details within 1 hour.
